Located on the fourth floor of the hotel is the refined breakfast room, set in a charming Renaissance loggia with large windows overlooking the Piazza and Basilica of Santa Maria Novella.
Open from 7:00 to 10:30 am, it offers a buffet breakfast with both continental and American options, including a rich corner dedicated to fresh organic products.

Nestled on the ground floor of the hotel, Bar de L’O welcomes guests in an intimate atmosphere, with soft lighting, a large central mahogany bar, and cosy seating areas featuring armchairs and wooden coffee tables.

Open Monday to Friday from 12:00 p.m. to midnight, and Saturday and Sunday from 4:00 p.m. to midnight, the bar is the perfect spot for a coffee break, an aperitif, or a relaxed lunch or dinner.
The seasonal menu includes traditional Italian dishes prepared with high-quality ingredients.
A refined selection of hot and cold beverages, cocktails, and light sweet or savoury bites completes the experience, with a special focus on Tuscan culinary excellence.
