The rate not includes:

• City tax of 4€ per person per night from the 1st of April to the 31th of October including also the days from the 1st to the 8th of January, from the 4st to the 22th of February, from the 3rd to the 9th and to the 23th to the 31th of December. Otherwise it amount to 2€.
